The PREA Quarterly is primarily a members only benefit, with a circulation of almost 2,000 (including approximately 600 institutional investors). The mission of the Quarterly is to provide a forum for the discussion of issues and trends which impact the real estate investment industry and the decision making processes of our members. Our ultimate goal is to educate our readers about the strategies, opportunities and potential risks of real estate investment.
Each issue of the Quarterly includes regular commentary on areas such as real estate securities, legislative issues, capital flows and market research, as well as feature articles exploring issues and trends of importance to institutional real estate investors and an interview with a prominent business leader.
