- Among participants, actual allocations to real estate averaged 9.8% of total assets
- 25% or investors had a target allocation to real estate of 10% or more.
- Core investments accounted for 52% of the real estate portfolio.
- Nearly 41% of all US investments for US funds were in Europe.
Investor Report
The PREA Investor Report is designed to represent the real estate investment activities of the universe of public and private retirement plans, endowments, foundations, and other funds, both in the industry generally and within the PREA membership specifically.
