Information StandardsThe Real Estate Information Standards were developed through the cooperative efforts of PREA, the National Association of Real Estate Investment Managers (NAREIM), and the National Council of Real Estate Investment Fiduciaries (NCREIF) to "increase the consistency with which (real estate) investments are evaluated and reported."
