Fee includes admission to PREA sessions, continental breakfast, refreshment breaks, luncheon, cocktail reception and dinner program on Tuesday night and breakfast program on Wednesday.


COVID-19 Protocols

With the health and well-being of its members and conference participants front and center, PREA will require all attendees to be fully vaccinated. PREA will continue to closely monitor the course of the COVID-19 pandemic and taking appropriate precautions in organizing the 31st Annual Institutional Investor Conference, which will be held in-person in Chicago, October 25-27, 2021.

By attending the Conference, each attendee agrees to the PREA Liability Waiver and Assumption of Risk.

PREA will continue to follow guidelines issued by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the State of Illinois, and City of Chicago. In the event those guidelines change, PREA may need to adjust its own Conference policies and procedures accordingly, in which case we will notify participants immediately.

For the Conference, we are implementing the following best practices:

  • Participants are required to upload an electronic version of their COVID-19 vaccination card or present their vaccination card onsite.
  • Hotel policies and procedures regarding physical distancing, mask wearing, and any other protocols in place at the time of our event will be implemented.
  • We will work with the Conference venue to ensure frequent cleaning of public spaces and high-touch areas. Hand sanitizer will be distributed to attendees and made available in common areas.
  • Conference registrants displaying symptoms of COVID-19 will be asked not to attend and their registration will be refunded in full.

The policies described above may be updated in light of new guidance from the CDC, local authorities, or the Conference venue. Please continue to check the Association’s event registration page for updates.
