Debt drives real estate investing around the world. Over the past year, the returns in real estate debt as well as the cost of financing has increased over 250 basis points. In the current environment of rising rates and increased volatility, investors are asking about the availability and pricing of debt across the capital stack as well as the opportunities and strategies to further invest in real estate debt. An expert panel will tackle these topics including the entry and expansion within the debt space by major real estate managers, and consider the relative attractiveness of senior, junior, and mezzanine strategies from a risk and return perspective.
