Toigo Foundation 

For 18 years, PREA has granted $10,000 annually to the Toigo Foundation, a national non-profit which supports students at the MBA level pursuing careers in financial services, including real estate. This grant is used to fund scholarships to 2nd year students to support their education and professional development in real estate. Students attend PREA’s Annual Institutional Investor conference to benefit from the invaluable exchange around industry practices and investment insights. The application for this collaborative partnership award is managed directly by the Toigo Foundation.

The Toigo Foundation’s mission is to foster the career advancement and increased leadership of underrepresented talent within Financial Services by creating mechanisms for greater inclusion from the classroom to the boardroom. Today the organization has supported more than 1,500 outstanding leaders in our industry; including nearly 100 with careers in real estate investment or as plan sponsor investment officers.
