Become a Member

Membership in PREA is valuable to anyone involved in institutional real estate investment. The Association is a key provider and resource for up-to-date investment information, and a destination for investors who use our publications, forums and media to keep informed of industry trends and to stay connected to colleagues.

Membership in PREA is at the firm level. The benefits of membership, including access to high-quality research and publications as well as discounted conference attendance rates, apply to individuals chosen by each firm to serve as member representatives.

Voting Representative

The voting representative is the one representative from every member firm that is considered the main company contact for the PREA membership and will receive the annual dues invoice for payment processing.  In addition, they direct which representatives should be added or deleted under the company membership.

Please note: If you already have a PREA account, please log in before completing the Join form.
