PREA holds two major conferences each year: the Spring Conference and the Annual Institutional Investor Real Estate Conference. Conducted in cooperation with major universities and real estate centers across the U.S., the Institute is designed to deepen member understanding of the academic aspects of managing public and private real estate investment portfolios.
